How does Niamh build connections with clients? 

Connects with her clients through their interests and shares her interest to build a rapport. She gives clients space to feel comfortable before tackling the harder areas of their goals. She enjoys building trust and trusting her clients, is patient and loves to share her passions. 

What has she learnt from those she works with.

Niamh has learnt to develop patience and understanding from her clients. Family dynamics and how this plays a part in our client’s needs and behaviours is important. She has learnt that clients respect authenticity and many of them encourage and praise uniqueness in others. Learning different communication styles has helped in connecting and supporting clients during their harder times which allows her to effectively support them.
