Support Worker Services
Support that’s in step with your therapy goals
Our support workers work hand-in-hand with our therapy team so every support hour is consistent, intentional, and connected to your broader progress, not just time ticking by.
A collaborative, mentored approach
Your participants aren’t just receiving support hours, they’re receiving consistent, goal-focused care that tracks and celebrates real progression.
Therapy-informed support Support workers are closely mentored by our therapy team, keeping every session aligned to the client’s broader program. If you have programs from other providers, we would be happy to support implementation of those too, with your therapist’s guidance.
Summary notes for practitioners We provide session summary notes to practitioners at no extra fee, keeping the whole team in the loop effortlessly.
Neuroplasticity-aligned programs Support workers are set to complement each client’s neuroplasticity program, reinforcing real, measurable progress between therapy sessions.
Tracked progression Real milestones, real celebration. We monitor and recognise each client’s growth across every touchpoint of their care.
No extra fee for practitioner summary notes
We believe great communication between support workers and practitioners is simply part of the job. That’s why we provide written session summary notes to the wider care team at no additional cost — ensuring everyone stays aligned on a client’s goals and progress.

What clients and parents say about mentored support!
“We finally feel like there’s an actual plan. It’s not just random activities, everything connects to what we’re trying to achieve.”
“The worker checks in with my husband and me regularly about how things are going. It feels like a real partnership, not just someone showing up.”
“We can actually see progress because there’s a clear plan and everyone’s working toward the same goals. We can see the data in the summary notes too.”
“It feels like Jorjee really understands what we’re trying to do because they’ve talked about it with the Director Emily. There’s consistency.”
